Rates / Sliding Scale
I operate on a sliding scale. This offers a window of accessibility and opportunity for equitable engagement. If further assistance is needed, please contact me directly.
High rate (middle rate +$20): select this if you have access to financial security, own property, or have personal savings; if you are able to pay for “wants” and spend little time worrying about securing necessities in your life; if you have economic privilege and power in our community, this price is for you.
By choosing this price, you are “paying it forward” and contributing to a more equitable world by supporting access for those with less.
Middle rate: select this if you may be paying off debt or working to build savings, but you also have access to steady income. You do NOT spend most of your time thinking about meeting basic needs such as food, shelter, medical care, child care, etc.
Making this investment might mean you might have to cut back on some discretionary spending in your life (such as going out to dinner, buying coffee, buying a new outfit, or going on vacation), but the sacrifice is short-term, and will not harm you in the long term.
Low rate (middle rate -$20): select this if you have access to basic needs such as food, housing, and childcare, though sometimes it may feel difficult. You are able to put away money each month to save up to be able to pay for treatments, but the middle tier price would mean that you have to save for longer than 12 months.
Treatment Options
Free 15-minute Q&A
It’s important to know if we’re the right fit. Working with the body, mind, and spirit holistically can be a very personal process, and it’s helpful to take a little bit of time at the onset to touch base. This is a way to ask about treatment styles and share what might work for you. We won’t go into details like an initial consultation, but bring all of your questions or thoughts.
Initial Consultation + Treatment
We spend time talking about a general history, where you are at, and where you would like to see yourself in the near future. We make a plan to support you short- and long-term. You also receive a treatment or movement sequence.
For: acupuncture, tui na (Chinese medical massage), yoga & qigong.
Follow-Up Treatment
We spend time moving through your treatment plan. This can include a combination of acupuncture, bodywork, meditation, breathwork, dialogue, and/or homework.
Tui Na Massage + Acupuncture
We use Tui Na (Chinese medical massage) to release and relax the soft tissues. This also moves energy, blood, and fluids, preparing the body to receive acupuncture needles with maximum effect.
Mentorships
Mentorships are designed for anyone looking to deepen their skills, confidence, and engagement with yoga, qigong, or Chinese medicine practice. A mentorship is typically a minimum of 6 sessions (weekly, monthly, or as needed for you).
Our first session starts with inquiry of where you’ve been and where you are at. You’ll receive prompts, exercises, and integration tools throughout the successive sessions. We’ll use the elements as a structural base for bringing intention to reality. Along the way, we’ll incorporate various tools and practices that compliment you personally.
Mentorships are offered virtually and in-person.
Please send a message below or book at Free 15-minute Q&A to inquire about the application process.
