Understanding how to balance strength is just as important as cultivating it.
This 6-week series offers an introduction to energetic alignment through the yogic system of the Pancha Vayus. We’ll be encouraged to play and explore the workings of the body while we’re guided together though various sequences of movement and breath designed to:
- tone the physical tissues
- awaken energetic meridians
- facilitate circulation of blood and lymph
- create space for deep rest and healing
- establish a well-rooted foundation of strength
- move naturally toward balance
