This 7-week course is a deep dive into exercises 10-18 of the Shi Ba Shi Qigong sequence.

The complete Shi Ba Shi sequence is a collection of 18 medical qigong exercises that provide a fluid, meditative movement practice for bodies of all abilities. Each week will offer an exploration of the physiology and energetics of 1-2 of the exercises as we build towards embodying the full set. This course is open for 8 students providing a safe, consistent cohort of learning. This size also allows opportunity for discussion and individual attention. Proof of vaccination requested upon first visit.
