Mentorships are one-on-one programs lasting from 6 weeks to 6 months that offer deeper connection with your body’s natural, playful wisdom. Through various practices over an extended period of time, we’ll explore individual alignment, optimal health, and movement allowing you to receive personal guidance and growth.

  • Meditation and mantra

You will leave with personal movement practices to continue at home which facilitate integration of the work we do together.
