One effective private session can offer valuable insight to your personal growth. Consider it a booster shot to enliven each movement you make from there on out.

By understanding the optimal conditions for your unique body, you can more easily adapt any wellbeing practice to one that brings you continual moments of connection, freedom, and grounding.

A single session will focus on one of three areas:

  • Yoga and qigong
  • Meditation and mantra
  • Reflexology and bodywork

Often, you will leave with simple and personal movement exercises to continue at home which facilitate integration of the work we do together.

Mentorships are one-on-one programs designed to deepen connection with your body’s natural, playful wisdom. Through various practices over an extended period of time, we explore individual alignment, optimal health, and movement allowing you to receive personal guidance and growth.

A minimum 4-week commitment is suggested for optimal benefit.
