Each session will focus on a specific combination of sound, hand, and breath practices, allowing you to compliment asana with a deeper understanding of the subtle energetics in the body.

It is suggested that you practice each combination of mantra, mudra, and pranayama at home for one month to receive maximum benefit before moving onto the next.
A slow and steady enrichment of your practice at any level.

For yoga teachers registered through Yoga Alliance, this course can be taken for 10 hours of continuing education.
