A 3-day dance workshop to get you back into the school year! You’ll focus on three essentials to find your dancing feet again and let your spirit soar.

Day one uses yoga and mobility strengthening techniques to invite a space of ease in the body.

Day two focuses on technique through ballet.

Day three brings us to expression using contemporary dance.

The work of all three sessions together will be to create a piece of dance that serves to strengthen the body, refine technique, and unleash your own creative expression.
