This 3 hour workshop with Julie and Kevin will take you on a journey toward the subtle body through understanding and embodiment of the energetics of spring.
Beginning with qigong and breathwork, special focus is placed on the liver to attune to the rhythm of spring and the wood element. By opening to the qualities of this season as it relates to your body’s rhythms of health, you’ll be ready to finish with a yoga nidra: an invitation to unwind the seeds within that are ready to spring forth toward summer.
